At Anne’s house there has been a focus on personal hygiene an healthy foods within the program for the last two weeks.
Anne planned a visit to the dentist to extend on this focus. None of the children had been to the dentist before and all parents were pleased when Anne discussed visiting Fresh Dental Clinic on a planned excursion.
“The staff at Fresh Dental Clinic were very friendly and the visit was positive from the first moment. There was no pressure for any of the children to get into the dentist chair but when they saw their friends hopping into the chair and opening wide, they could’t wait for their turn.”
Thank you to the staff at Fresh Dental Clinic for making this such a positive experience for the children. All four children came away from the visit with a bag of ‘goodies’ including a toothbrush, toothpaste and times.
Anne received the comment below from a parent sent from an iPad which gives and indication of the success of the ‘first dental experience’
“So adorable. He made us brush our teeth with all instructions and HIS toothpaste and timer…..ready set go! Magnificent excursion Anne! ”
After the visit to the dentist it was off to the Botanic Gardens for some exploring and a nutritious picnic lunch.
