Documenting children’s learning and development

Our continual improvement process involves participating in professional development strategies that challenge as well as extend current thinking and practices.

These opportunities allow staff and educators to develop a shared understanding of how children learn, their role in supporting this and contributing to more effective and responsive programs for children.
